That’s the deal I made with myself. Not to be perfect. Not to PR every session. But to show up.

Felt weak. Mentally distracted. But I finished. I showed up, and sometimes that’s the win. I’m not chasing perfection but I’m chasing consistency.

  • Chest Press : 5×8-15 at 75%

  • Peck Deck: 4×10-15

  • Machine Flyes: 4×15

  • Side Laterals 4 x10

  • Front Raises 4x10

  • Cable Upright rows 4x10

  • Triceps Pushdowns 4x 8 -10

  • Cable curls 4x 8 -10

  • Preacher Curls 4x 8 -10

  • Cable French Presses 4x 8 -10
