Certainty in an Uncertain World
We often wait for certainty before we act. But real change begins when we act with certainty before we see results. Certainty is not stubbornness. It’s not arrogance. It’s confidence rooted in purpose. It’s saying, “I don’t know how yet, but I know it will happen.”
The Bible reminds us in Hebrews 11:1:
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."
That verse alone has carried me through some of the darkest and most uncertain times.
Faith Doesn’t Remove Fear - It Rises Above It
There’s a myth that people of faith never feel fear. That’s false. I’ve felt fear many times. But faith gave me the courage to act despite the fear. To step forward when I could have stepped back.
Whether launching a new business, running for office, publishing my book, or stepping into film, it wasn’t absence of fear, but presence of faith, that got me through.
You Must Believe Before They Do
Often, others won’t see your vision until it’s finished. That’s okay. You must believe in your dream before they clap. Be certain in your calling. Be certain in the God who called you. And be certain that every step no matter how small is part of something bigger.
Final Word
If you're in a season of doubt, delay, or difficulty, hold on. Faith is your anchor. Belief is your fuel. And certainty is your compass.
Don’t just wish for a better life believe in it. Speak it. Walk toward it. And watch what happens when faith meets focused action.
Faith isn’t passive it’s powerful. And when you stand in that truth, nothing is impossible.
“You have ascended on high, You have led captivity captive; You have received gifts among men…” Psalm 68:18 (NKJV)
